Effective CBC Card Application

Introduction:
Colored Brain Communication cards are a Directive Communication training tool that enhances lateral thinking and communication between individuals, work groups and departments;
An effective CBC application method using CBC Card as a "training ice-breaker":
1. For self-introduction
Each participant is required to take their own pack of cards and choose one card to describe and introduce themselves.
2. After all members have introduced themselves, everyone is required to choose 3 - 5 cards that best describes 3 persons in the class and explain to these 3 persons why and/or what he thinks of the person using the card and what association the person has with the card?
Objectives:
The first objective is to allow participants to get to know everyone else (as in the case of a public seminar). The second is to allow everyone to have the chance to mix and mingle.
