experience at Price-Waterhouse-Coopers in charge of Japanese organizations, Lily has the knowledge and skills to deliver and advise on Cross-Cultural Management and bridging Multi-Cultural communications. Her clientele of Japanese companies cover a spectrum of industries from manufacturing (electrical, electronics, chemicals, metal stamping, etc), to trading, engineering, services and many others.

• Differences between the Japanese & the Western approach to business.
• The meaning of Direct & Indirect as well as Verbal & Non-Verbal communication.
• Why there are different methods of communication & the perceptions that arise of them and most importantly how to deal with it.
• Learn the 4 types of "Colored Brain Processors" and understand why you think and react the way you do.
• Learn to use the "Colored Brain Communication Inventory" to understand the different communication styles of each color group and how to work effectively in teams.
• Various innovative "Communication Skills" applications.
Day 2
• How to apply basic "Ho-Ren-So" (Management Through Information) in daily communications with Japanese management.
• Learn the "8 Cultural Dimensions" and how to be effective in dealing with people of different cultures.
• Learn "Japanese Work Values" and how to create synergy at work.
• Learn "Japanese Business Manners" and how to use them effectively.
